Washing large stainless steel baking bowls, pots, pans, and mixing equipment in a fast paced environment using hand washing and industrial washing machine.
Responsible for daily sweeping, mopping, detailed cleaning of bakery and equipment, taking out trash, cleaning restroom and keeping dishes and equipment clean and organized.
Some outdoor and equipment maintenance.
Must be able to lift 50
lbs and work quickly and efficiently in an environment that is sometimes hot.
Shift is Tuesday-Saturday approximately 12-8 pm Some pastry production setup on weekends.
